Initial client meetings are the starting point from which we draw our inspiration regarding the primary functions and specific style of the property. We recognise that each project is unique and use this face-to-face time to discover the aspirations of the client so as to reflect their individuality throughout the scheme.
Following the initial brief, the client can be as hands-on as they wish to be, however, in choosing Kingston Shaw, interior design can be as easy as being handed the keys to a finished property.
From a site survey, we produce floor plans, CAD’s and fully rendered three-dimensional images of both residential and commercial property.
Utilising these plans, we can visualise structural changes, ensure comfortable and functional use of each area with precise space planning and produce accurate budgets for wall and floor coverings, furniture, lighting and accessories.
Our architectural service will ensure that any construction or change-of-use adheres to current building codes, safety and planning regulations.
Our project management service utilises our extensive database of fully qualified and skilled tradespersons in every aspect of interior design, from strip-out to fit-out, including construction, plumbing, electrics, painting, decorating and window treatments, ensuring that all works are carried out and finished to our exacting first class standards on time and within budget.
With an agreed budget for furniture, lighting, art and accessories, Kingston Shaw will source, quality check, deliver and install each item with the utmost care and attention to detail. For peace of mind, Kingston Shaw never charges more than the RRP for any item and in most cases we can pass on considerable savings.
